WAX CARVING & STONE SETTING WITH BRILLIAND-CUT GEMS

In this particular course, we will explore the creation of accommodations for the brilliant-cut (round shape) gems. You will learn how to create the perfect seat for your stone.  Using different styles and designs around your stone.

You will learn to utilise different sizes of ball burs, while creating a wax design that fits with your own unique style and practice with professional equipment.

Once your piece is back from the casters, you will be taught how to efficiently clean and polish your piece and finally, you will learn how to securely attach your stone and finish your piece. 

This course will provide you with the knowledge required to set brilliant cut stones in various ways.

*For students that they can not attend on the long term process classes, I created the “full day”. In this full day, silver practice casted pieces with accommodation will be given, so, will be all the full knowledge and practice in one intensive day course.
